Elixir Skin Fitness Returns Policy

At Elixir Skin Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

• No refunds for change of mind or selecting the incorrect product online.
• Refunds only if the product is faulty or has a severe allergic reaction, which the client will have to provide evidence with photography and less than 20% of product used upon arrival back into the clinic within 7 days.
• Refund Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Gift Cards/Vouchers

Gift cards/Vouchers purchased cannot be returned or exchanged are not redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed without the tangible voucher.

Shipping on Refunded Returns

Shipping on refunded returns is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund.

Items Bought on Sale or with Discount Code

Items bought on sale or with the use of a discount code will be refunded at the price paid after the discount.

Reasons for Return via Refund id

Damaged in transit or received the incorrect item, take a photo and exchange is valid within 7 days as long as the product has not been used.

Excluded Products/Categories

No refunds on intimate care, or sexual wellness products for hygiene and safety reasons.
